Welcome to the return policy of EasyTiles. We sell wall tiles only for decorative and functional use. In this policy, we explain how returns and refunds work. Certain rights, deadlines, and conditions may vary by region, depending on applicable laws and regulations.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, please contact our customer service via info@easytiles.nl.

Returns are only accepted with prior approval. After approval, you will receive further instructions.

Wall tiles must be returned in their original, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged condition.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned wall tiles, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used to place the order. Any additional processing time by banks or payment providers is beyond our control and may vary by region.

Return Conditions

  • Wall tiles must be unused, undamaged, and not installed.
  • Installed, used, or damaged wall tiles cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be shipped in the original packaging, including protective materials.
  • If products are received damaged, incomplete, or in used condition, we reserve the right to apply a partial refund or refuse the return.

Return Shipments and Responsibility

EasyTiles is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

If a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, please report this as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

In the case of confirmed defects or incorrect delivery, we will reimburse the return shipping costs or offer an appropriate solution. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or specially ordered wall tiles may be excluded from return.
  • Minor batch, texture, or color differences between production runs are not considered a defect.

Customs and Import Duties

Depending on the country of delivery, import duties, taxes, or other customs charges may apply. These costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer. This may vary by region.

Address Changes

Address changes after placing an order cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@easytiles.nl if a change is needed.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to accept delivery in time, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and return costs from the refund amount.
